ITI specializes in the design, development and manufacture of Remote Viewing Instruments (RVI) including endoscopes, fiberscopes and videoscopes. In business for over 35 years, ITI has established itself worldwide as a respected instrument supplier to Aerospace, Nuclear, Industrial, Law Enforcement and Medical markets.

Our specialty is innovation.

               Our hallmark is quality.

        Our mission is to produce

the finest instrument for the task.

ITI Medical Division

ITI is an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to the medical device market. We do not directly market or sell medical instruments to end users, but manufacture products for our customers to market. Medical instruments manufactured by ITI are identified only by the customers' brand name or trademark as specified by the customer.

For over 15 years, ITI has employed this business model in serving the medical market. By not selling directly to this market, we focus on what we do best - helping our customer design, develop and manufacture the best instrument for the job.

ITI is an ISO 9001-2000 compliant, FDA-registered Class II Medical Device Manufacturer.

We welcome the opportunity to be your "one stop" OEM manufacturing partner.

Tell us your needs

ITI will turn your medical product concept into a reality.

Our experienced design and engineering team offers sophisticated product development services to customers such as:

  • The medical device company needing to expand or upgrade their current product line.

  • The "Doctor Inventor" who has created a seed concept for a revolutionary new medical instrument.

  • Or the distribution and sales company requiring specialized "private label" products.

Meet with our technical staff to review your product requirements. Our experienced design and engineering team will help you formulate a comprehensive product specification.

After acceptance of the specifications, we will issue a detailed proposal outlining the services we can provide together with costs and lead times.

ITI welcomes the opportunity to review your requirements at no cost.

What we will provide

Upon acceptance of our proposal, ITI will work closely with you to formulate a comprehensive production plan which may include some or all of the following phases:

Prototype

A first article prototype may be required for concept validation or evaluation purposes. Tangible product features may be assessed and if required, changes can be incorporated before market introduction.

Pre-Production

Once the prototype is approved, production drawings will be finalized and production tooling will be acquired. A small run of products will be manufactured to convey final form and function.

Production

ITI's manufacturing capabilities can effectively address our customers' "ramp-up" schedules as the product enters the market. We also can provide quick lead times and accommodate different batch requirements.

Manufacturing Excellence

Throughout the manufacturing process, close attention to our customers' requirements is of significant importance.

  • Machine operators use CNC turning and machining centers to produce high precision components.

  • Statistical Process Control is utilized throughout manufacturing, resulting in production efficiencies and repeatable results.

  • Highly trained and experienced technicians are used for careful and accurate assembly of all devices.

  • Closely maintained documentation and process controls help assure compliance with all GMP guidelines as required.

  • Quality Assurance personnel use state of the art equipment and techniques to ensure the performance of all finished products.
