Tangible product features may be assessed and if required, changes can be incorporated before market introduction.   Pre-Production Once the prototype is approved, production drawings will be finalized and production tooling will be acquired. A small run of products will be manufactured to convey final form and function.   Production ITI's manufacturing capabilities can effectively address our customers' "ramp-up" schedules as the product enters the market. We also can provide quick lead times and accommodate different batch requirements.   Manufacturing Excellence   Throughout the manufacturing process, close attention to our customers' requirements is of significant importance. Machine operators use CNC turning and machining centers to produce high precision components. Statistical Process Control is utilized throughout manufacturing, resulting in production efficiencies and repeatable results. Closely maintained documentation and process controls help assure compliance with all GMP guidelines as required.
