Sonography
ITI’s articulating probes are used in several ultrasound applications, including trans-esophageal and laparoscopic probes manufactured under OEM agreements with some of the world’s major systems producers. Our 12-year history of integrating these fully articulating probes with our customers’ sensitive electronic sub-systems make us your logical “one stop shop” for all your high precision medical probe requirements. All ITI articulating designs offer increased security against articulation failures with our patented ProTecht® over-torque protection feature, ensuring years of reliable probe operation.

Bronchoscopy, Gastroscopy, Colonoscopy
OEM customers benefit from ITI’s expertise and experience in manufacturing flexible and semi-flexible scopes. One or two-axis articulation is available, again with our patented ProTecht® over-torque feature for greater reliability. Air and water lines as well as dedicated instrument channels can be integrated into these scope designs, as required by your application. ITI can also ensure compatibility and connectivity to the light, air, and water units used by the major systems in the market today, or provide standard 150 Watt Metal Halide or 300 Watt Xenon Light Sources.

Rigid Endoscopy
ITI’s full line of rigid scope designs address many potential applications in traditional rigid endoscopy. Arthroscopes, ureteroscopes, otoscopes, and spine scopes are a few examples. Both rod and relay lens systems are used for superior image quality, and various diameters are available from 0.5 mm through 10 mm. Many optical characteristics can also be customized, such as fields of view, lines of sight, and working lengths. Imaging can be done via a traditional eyepiece or camera-dedicated couplings.

Videoscope Applications
The advances made in sophisticated camera technologies have paved the way for the integration of these cost effective imaging solutions into many types of remote viewing applications. Both CCD format and CMOS based devices have improved to enhance image quality, reduce size, weight, and cost, and increase reliability, making them the logical choice over traditional optical designs for many applications. Take advantage of ITI’s expertise in integrating video to your medical scope application.
