The ITI Medical OEM Division specializes in the custom design, development and manufacturing of optical and mechanical instruments. Available services included: optical and mechanical design and modeling capabilities utilizing SolidWorks, one of the most advanced 3D modeling software programs available. This allows for more cost-effective development and visualization of the finished product before manufacturing occurs. ITI offers rapid prototyping, small-quantity pre-production batches as well as high volume production lots. We also possess the ability, experience and confidence to suggest product design revisions that will increase the ability of the product to achieve its full potential and become economically viable in the marketplace.

| Instrument Technology has strong expertise in optical based medical technology and mechanical devices applied to products used in a variety of medical procedures, including: Sonography, Bronchoscopy, Gastroscopy, Colonoscopy and Videoscope applications. ITI is a FDA registered Class II Medical Device Manufacturer that adheres to CGMP, QSR, and ISO 9001 regulations. In addition to manufacturing our own branded products, ITI offers contract manufacturing and assembly capabilities. We welcome all size production batches from a single unit to large production runs. Machine operators use computer controlled turning and machining centers to produce close tolerance, precision parts at very high speeds. |
| Statistical Process Control methods are utilized as part of the manufacturing process. In-house capabilities include milling, turning, drilling, grinding, and welding. Performance standards are established for every product we manufacture. Our Quality Assurance personnel use a variety of latest techniques and test apparatus to assure that every product meets the most stringent standards. Customer support, timely deliveries and quick turn-around repair times are of paramount importance to ITI. We have established an extensive inventory system to ensure that all components required for manufacture or repair are available in a timely manner. |
